PRIVACY STATEMENT

The personal information collected by the University is necessary to complete the processing of your enrollment/application for admission. The University ensures that said information will be kept confidential and processed in adherence to the general principles of RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

I certify that all facts and information declared herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I fully understand that any information subsequently found to be false or fraudulent invalidates my enrollment with the University.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY


a.) Within the first week of classes
10% of the total amount due for the term
b.) Within the second week of classes
20% of the total amount due for the term
c.) The student will be charged 100% of the total amount due for the term after the second week.
For Summer and Special Classes, adjustment will be made on a case-to-case basis.
High School and Elementary are not covered by the said provision.
Any student who wants to withdraw some or all subjects must accomplish the cancellation form in the registrar's office.
